I don't have any children attending here. But it keeps coming up on my Google reviews. So I thought I'd take some photo's so people can see the place for themselves. I have to say, it does look like a safe & secure playground for the children, so that has to be a big plus.

Little Hands Little Feet - (Day Nursery Belfast | Day Care Belfast | Childcare Belfast)

Derryvolgie House, 73 Malone Road, Belfast BT9 6SB, UK – 028 9066 5037

We recently moved to Belfast and childcare was our biggest concern. We found Little Hands Little Feet and our children have settled well. Large rooms and a great front lawn. Friendly staff and a great overall day nursery!

My daughter has gone to LHLF since she was 11 months old & is about to turn 6 - she now attends their Summer Scheme and Afterschool. She loves going & I have never had a problem with getting her in. The staff are very friendly and highly qualified. They know the children on an individual level so they can address their needs. My daughter has come on amazingly well - she has learnt so much and clearly enjoys it too. The layout of LHLF is fantastic - the nursery building itself sits way back off the road, which means no noise or air pollution from traffic which you get with most other nurseries. They have a huge front lawn providing a safe and secure area for the children to play in - weather permitting :) The location is superb - right in the heart of BT9 - with some of the Belfast's best primary schools on its doorstep. So if your hoping your child attends one of the primary schools in the area - LHLF is the ideal stepping stone!

I WENT TO GLENWOOD IN THE 1980S I HAD MRS STEWART INP1 AND P2 AND MRS MCFARLAND INP3 AND MRS CLARKE P4, THEN MRS PAUL AND MRS MC CALISTER, AND FINALLY MR MITCHELL. AFTER ME MY BROTHERS WENT TOO AND MY COUSINS , MY NIECES AND NEPHEWS AND FINALLY MY 3 KIDS IT WAS AND STILL IS AN EXCELLENT SCHOOL

I went to Glenwood in the mid to late 1950 after graduating from John Whites in Matchett Street. I remember Mr. Harold Wilson (Grade 5), Miss McCauley (Grade 6 -the Scholarship Class). She was offer met by an Royal Air Force Officer after school. All the boys were most impressed to see an Officer in RAF uniform. Mr. David Gamble was the Head Master in John Whites and Mr Bradshaw was the HM in Glenwood. Mr.Stewart (nicknamed "Stewarty") was the Caretaker. After leaving Glenwood I went to the College of Technology (the Tech) on a Scholarship. I lived in 15 Dewey Street.

Royal Belfast Academical Institution

College Square E, Belfast BT1 6DL, UK – 028 9024 0461

I have seriously mixed feelings about this school (I left in 2002 so things have definitely changed). I know that I wouldn't have achieved what I did without being driven as hard as we all were here, however, there are things that I really disliked and make me angry as an adult looking back. There was bad bullying at times here, as the conformist attitude was essentially, be good at sport, and act tough. Some teachers were exceptional, others were horrific bullies who revelled in yelling and humiliating when a child didn't understand their subject, which you just couldn't get away with now. High standards were driven, in academia, sport and discipline, which I think was good and set a great platform for later life. What I disliked was the bullying that pervaded the school at that time, both in the playground and in the classroom. When you leave you realise how pathetic a lot of it was from some exceedingly nasty people, boys and teachers. The other positive thing about the school was the opportunities you were given, almost every interest was catered for with clubs and societies, with many teachers giving up a huge amount of time and energy which was amazing. No school is perfect at all, and my time at Inst was very mixed, some good, some bad, and some very very ugly.

I had an important case upcoming however I struggled with public speaking - I am typically academic in that my knowledge of the subject is undoubted however I have always struggled with the 'human' aspect of being able to actually orate my theorys and findings. Chris and his team have an extremely effective and efficient way of bringing you up to speed with whatever particular skills you happen to be lacking in and I can't thank them enough for the priceless assistance they provided me with. I would recommend this highly professional and proficient company to anyone who wishes to significantly develop their skills in their chosen field.

Great friendly staff, was very helpful for my a level maths ,I had James and Enda who were both great tutors. Would highly recommend
